We could get used to invite two guest for our radio show every week. In so doing we don't have to prepare the show and get friends and artists we appreciate to do our job ...

This week our Lost In Music Radio Show guests Pete Herbert and David Wolstencroft aka Trus'me play dj mixes that match their idea of underground dance music. Both artists like their music with a disco twist. Pete is in the business for quite some time - he used to run the legendary Atlas Record store in Soho/London and David aka Trus'me appeared out of nowhere two years ago with his mysterious 12"es and the great Working Nights album soon afterwards. David is playing a lot of unreleased stuff from his Prime Numbers Label and his Mancunian Friend Linkwood (of Firecracker Records fame - i'm sure some of you remember the limited 10" series with beautiful 60ies Comic Covers). Long before cafe del mar or budda bar were known brands dj alfredo played records that couldn't be heard in this mixture anywhere else. Tracks that might now sound cheesy and slow with their trademark 95 - 110 bpm made sense back then.

No history of the electronic music scene would be complete without mentioning the name of Reade Truth, one that evokes both futuristic anticipation and nostalgic reflection. Reade Truth is best identified as a veteran DJ of the New York scene whose deep dance floor visions have consistently provided an important source of edgy electronics always delivered with an inimitable style all his own.

His DJ roots branch forward from the alternative-industrial scene that flourished in New York City at the end of the 80's. He has held residencies at famous clubs like
Limelight, The Building and Pyramid and appeared at countless warehouse parties and raves all over the u.s. during the 90's.

His recording career started on the cult label Direct Drive and includes releases on Instinct and Strictly Rhythm soon he will have new releases available on Pomelo and Chinatown and Carl Craigs Planet E.
